How ZENOS collects, uses, and protects personal data. This policy explains what we do with information you share with us through the website, the contact form, and communications.
Last updated: 23 April 2026
ZENOS Interactive ("ZENOS", "we", "us") operates this website at zenosinteractive.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site. For any privacy questions, reach us at [email protected].
We only collect personal data you give us directly, plus a small amount of technical information needed to run the site.
From the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), interest area (optional), and the content of your message. We also collect an anti-bot score from Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise.
From analytics (with your consent): anonymous, aggregated information about how the site is used: pages visited, referring site, approximate region, device type, session duration. We do not combine this with your contact-form submissions.
Automatically collected by our host: standard server logs including IP address and request metadata, retained briefly for security and abuse-prevention purposes by Cloudflare.
Contact-form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of conversations we have had with you. We do not use contact-form data for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful and where to invest improvement effort. We do not build individual profiles of site visitors.
We rely on a small number of third-party processors. They act on our instructions and are contractually required to protect your data.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
The site uses two categories of cookies:
Strictly necessary: a small preference cookie remembers your cookie-banner choice so we do not ask you again. reCAPTCHA may set security cookies during form submission.
Analytics (consent required): if you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish sessions. You can change your mind anytime by clearing site data in your browser and reloading the site. The banner will reappear.
We process contact-form data on the basis of consent (you chose to send us a message) and legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries and maintaining records of them). We process analytics data only with your consent. We process security/server logs on the basis of legitimate interest (running and protecting the website).
Contact-form submissions: retained while we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and for up to 3 years after the last meaningful contact, so we can respond to follow-ups. You can request deletion sooner.
Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics (the shortest retention Google supports), then automatically deleted.
Server logs: retained by Cloudflare per their standard policy, typically days to weeks.
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Some of our processors (notably Google and Resend) operate infrastructure outside the UK/EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the processors' own safeguards, typically Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK ICO and the European Commission, and equivalent mechanisms.
The site runs on Cloudflare with TLS enabled everywhere. Contact-form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and relayed to our inbox via Resend. We limit internal access to form submissions to people who need them to respond. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet.
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the "Last updated" date at the top. Check back periodically if privacy practices are relevant to how you use the site.
