Product Lead

Remote (UK and EU time zone)

We are looking for an exceptional leader to join us as the Product Lead for the Zenos Player, our 3D interactive live streaming platform for esports and gaming content.

This role demands a scientific, business-oriented mindset focused on practical delivery, market dynamics, and structural challenges.

You will define the product vision, own the commercial KPIs, and ensure that our innovative creative concepts are technically feasible and strategically sound.

Success requires deep domain expertise, particularly around advanced live-streaming and engagement mechanics found on platforms around the world (especially in Asia), and the ability to translate that knowledge into a successful product architecture.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the overall product architecture, delivery mechanisms, and target addressable market for the Zenos Player experience.
  • Own and establish product KPIs, including commercial metrics, demonstrating a strategic mindset that connects user engagement, data analytics, and monetisation.
  • Vet the creative gameplay prototypes against business goals, market insights, and technical feasibility, ensuring project alignment.
  • Put structure to product challenges (e.g., technical requirements, user acquisition) and manage the process to ensure team buy-in and efficient development.
  • For the Broadcast version of Player, lead the effort on systemic changes based on user feedback to ensure a smooth and functional UX.
  • Leverage insights from advanced streaming platforms (especially in Eastern markets) to bridge product paradigms and design superior engagement mechanics.

Ideal Experience:

  • 6+ years in product leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully shipping consumer products in live-streaming, interactive media, or gaming.
  • Deep knowledge of live-streaming and event engagement platforms, including hands-on familiarity with gamification and fan-economy features (tipping, loyalty tiers, in-stream commerce).
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to effectively collaborate on feasibility (e.g., real-time engines).
  • Experience owning and establishing product KPIs, including commercial and monetisation metrics.
  • Active consumer/viewer of esports/gaming streams (ideally 1000+ hours viewing experience) and regular exposure to their engagement mechanics.

It would be extra awesome if you have:

  • Prior experience at or collaboration with Asia-focused streaming platforms (e.g., Huya, DouYu, Bilibili, TikTok Live).
  • Direct experience shipping features within streaming or gaming products.
  • Understanding of game design principles and live-ops systems.
  • 3D experience design or game design knowledge.
  • Experience applying a scientific or objective approach to product management.

Please note: This role is integral to our strategic plans for 2026. While we are gathering interest now and scheduling initial exploratory calls, we plan to launch the hiring process and begin formally interviewing suitable candidates in early Q1 2026.
